             CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- Police Regional Office 3 has recorded a lower crime index in 2011. PCUPT EDGARDO T LADAO, RD, PRO3 revealed that there has been a remarkable decrease of crime incidents in the region compared to the crime rate in 2010.
