Arrested person for Shooting Incident
That on January 28, 2012 at about 11:20 PM, a shooting incident transpired at Brgy Malusac, Sasmuan, Pampanga wherein the victim was identified as JERVY LAYCO y TUNGUL, between 25-26 years old,single, security/caretaker perpetrated by SAINTLIMIN y BANTING, 24 years old, married, fishpond both resident of said place. Initial investigation disclosed that while the victim was having a drinking spree with his friends including the suspect, he went out to the house holding jungle bolo and immediately returned back and uttered to wit:“PARE NAG-ALISAN YUNG TUMATAWA SA AKINKANINA” then they continued their conversation until someone allegedly knocked at their door prompting the suspect to get his cal. 22 firearm from his drawer. Upon getting the firearm, he accidentally pulled the trigger hitting on the left forehead of the victim and was immediately brought at the hospital formedical treatment and later was transferred at Jose B. Lingad Memorial Hospital, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The suspect together with the cal.22 pistol was brought to Sasmuan MPS for proper disposition, while the victim is still confined at the said hospital and in critical condition.
Arrested person for Violation of RA 9165 (Baliuag, Bulacan)
On January 28, 2012 at about 8:00 PM, a case for Violation of RA 9165 occurred at A. Mabini St., Brgy.Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan. The suspects were identified as Luisito Almazar y Matic (arrested), 52 years old, single, jobless; Bernardo Quiambao y Villanueva (arrested),40 years old, married, jobless; and a certain alias Pretty Boy Almazar (at-large). All are residents of Brgy.Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan. Prior to the apprehension of the suspects, a telephone call from a Barangay official of Brgy. Sabang was received by BaliuagMPS and it was reported that a “pot session” was being held in the house ofLuisito Almazar. Immediately, joint elements of Baliuag MPS led by PSINSP Leo CDela Rosa and barangay tanods of Brgy. Sabang proceeded to the reported place.Before the teams were able to announce themselves as police officers and barangay tanods, the suspects noticed them and they scampered towards different directions. A brief chase ensued that resulted in the apprehension of Almazarand Quiambao while alias Pretty Boy Almazar managed to escape. Seized from the possession of Quiambao were two (2) sachets containing suspected shabu, while confiscated from the possession of Almazar was one (1) aluminum eye glass case containing the following items: five (5) aluminum foil strips; one (1) razorblade; five (5) plastic sachets with traces of suspected shabu; and onelighter. The seized pieces of evidence were photographed, properly marked and were turned-over to BPCLO for laboratory examination. The arrested suspects are presently under the custody of Baliuag MPS while a criminal complaint is being prepared against them for filing in court.
Arrested person for Violation of RA 9165
That on January 27, 2012 at about8:09 PM, elements of Obando MPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Paco,Obando, Bulacan. The operation resulted in the apprehension of the following persons: Rolando Villegas y Usi alias Lander/Lando, 34 years old, single, hairdresser, a resident of 1977 Brgy. Paco, Obando, Bulacan; Aries Bautista y Torres, 36 years old,single, hairdresser, a resident of 123 Brgy. Lawa, Obando, Bulacan; and Jerwin Ramos y Abad alias Nica, 18years old, hairdresser, and a resident of Brgy. Ubihan, Meycauayan City,Bulacan. The suspects were arrested after selling one (1) plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police asset who acted as a poseur buyer in exchange for marked money.The apprehended persons when subjected to body searches, yielded the following: five (5) pieces of small sachets containing suspected shabu; one five hundred peso bill used as marked money; one (1) rolled foil; five (5)lighters; sixteen (16) pieces of used foils with shabu residues; one (1)stainless plate with suspected shabu residue; and eight (8) plastic sachets with suspected shabu residues. Suspects are presently under the custody of Obando MPS while a criminal complaint for Violation of RA 9165 (sections 5,6,11 and 12) are being prepared against them for filing in court.

Arrested Suspect for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294.
That on or about 282105HJanuary 2012, Brgy Ex-O Renel Galang y Gregorio, 38 years old, married and resident of Brgy San Jose, Angeles City appeared at Police Station1 of Angeles City Police Office, and reported that a suspect identified as Ramil Escalante y De Jesus, 46 years old, married and resident of #3221 San Fabian St., Brgy SanJose, Angeles City discriminately firing of unknown caliber handgun on 282100HJanuary 2012 at Nepomuceno St., corner Lakandula St., Brgy San Jose, Angeles City. Immediately, responding lawmen led by PINSP RODOLFO H ALFONSO proceeded at said place of occurrence to verify the veracity of report. Upon arrival thereat, a concerned citizen positively pin-pointed a male factor wearing black-shirt and maong pants who was reportedly firing of unknown caliber of handgun. At that juncture, responding police officers noticed protruding wooden handle of unknown caliber of handgun on his waistline. Instantaneously, lawmen conducted bodily searched and confiscated from his physical possession and control were five (5) live ammos for magnum 357 and ten (10) live ammos for cal.38. Subject person was brought to Police Station 1, of Angeles City Police Office for further investigation and filing of appropriate charges.
