Camp Olivas Day Care Center
Since its establishment in 2007, the Camp Olivas Day Care center had already graduated a total of 156 dependents of PNP Personnel and NUPs and another 32 are currently enrolled for SY 2011-2012.
PRO3 Scubasurero
The project which exemplified our adherence to the basic traits of being Makakalikasan is continuously being implemented through the conduct of various activities such as: (a) Coastal Clean-up; (b) Linis bayan/Tapat Mo, Linis Mo; and (c) Tree Planting Activity
“I-Text Mo, Aksyonan Ko” – PRO3 Text Volunteers Brigade
This is a short messaging system wherein volunteers may send thru text their complaints, request for assistance, relay important information and report crime incident. From February 16, 2011 to August 15, 2011, 390 text messages complaints/information were received by I-Text, Aksyonan Ko. Out of these 304 were already successfully acted by concerned units while 86 are still awaiting compliance/feedback.Likewise, a total of 12,189 had already registered as volunteers of the PRO3 Text Brigade.
“Wanted Ka, Huli Ka!” Project
is an on-line database gallery of most wanted/arrested person of Region 3. This project can be easily access thru our website www.pro3.pnp.gov.ph which the public can use as an instrument to identify criminals and wanted person.
Pulis Ko, Titser Ko
Policemen from different units of PRO3 who were former teachers or graduates of BSEd are deployed at selected public elementary schools to teach pupils for at least 20 to 30 minutes on subjects about crime prevention awareness, child safety, welfare and development, lectures on patriotism, nationalism, and other subjects.
Project “KAYABE” or Kabataan Yaman ng Bayan at Ehemplo Laban sa Droga
A Demand Reduction mechanism conceptualized by the Pampanga PPO to effectively address the youth drugs dependency through the establishment of a strong counter organization among the youth sector of Pampanga. Since March 2011, three (3) batches of a 3-day live-in seminar were already conducted which were attended by 149 SK Federation Presidents, Chairpersons and Councilors from various municipalities of Pampanga as well as PNP dependents.
Lingap Paaralan Program
Initiated by Aurora PPO, the program provides police services in schools to foster positive climate of public attitude and perception towards the PNP. Following activities are Included in this project: a. PULIS KO, BARBERO KO - a free hair-cut for school children by selected skilled men in uniformed. b. BAON NI BUNSO PROJECT – Every Police Station adopts at least two poor pupil and were given daily “baon” for the whole school year c. PULIS MO, KARPINTERO KO – PNP personnel helps in the repair of chairs, tables, desks and other school facilities.
Feed and Lead to Read Program
Initiated by Meycauayan City Police Station on March 2011 to feed street children and teach them the basic of how to read and write. 120 children had already benefited from the program.
Electronic-Bike Patrol
Conceptualized by Zambales PPO and supported Hon. HERMOGENES E EBDANE JR, former CPNP who donated the 50 units of Electronic Bike on March 1, 2011. The E-Bikes were distributed to Police Stations to strengthen their conduct of patrol.
Door-to-Door Delivery Police Service
Initiated by the Police Director of Bataan PPO wherein PNP personnel from police stations were deployed to personally visit the community to easily respond to the needs of the people.
